Music & Cultural Festivals

Latino music superstars and Latin artists on the rise are performing at regional and local festivals across the United States.

Fall

  • Billboard’s En Vivo concert series will feature performances by Fonseca, Greeicy, Mike Bahía, Myke Towers, Nathy Peluso and Young Miko. Most events are open to the public. Some are free and other require a ticket purchase.

  • This free admission family festival, units people through music, food and dance. The goal is to grow it to be the largest free admission celebration of Hispanic heritage and culture in Louisiana.

  • One-day festival's diverse Latin music lineup features GRAMMY® and Latin GRAMMY®-nominees and winners Ángela Aguilar, Manuel Turizo, La Adictiva and Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán. The Sabor+Ritmo Festival will offer a cross-genre and cross-cultural music, food and wine experience at Silverado Resort and Spa in Napa.

  • El Pum Pum Fest is a one-day music festival, celebrating Reggaeton & Latin Music. The festival will take place at the Lakewood Amphitheatre. The festival is an all age event. The festival’s lineup features an array of Latin artists including El Alfa, Jay Wheeler, Ryan Castro and Zion & Lennox.

  • This one-day free festival which launched last year, celebrates Latin American music and dance and features delicious food, kids’ activities, local arts & crafts vendors.

  • Farruko, will make history as the first Latino music artist to headline a show at PPG Paints Arena, as part of the festivities of the 2nd Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival. The concert will be held on Sept. 30 at 8 PM with specials guests Latin pop duo Domino Saints. This festival brings together local Hispanic businesses and organizations, traditional Mexican cuisine, and live music and activities.

  • A new all-ages music festival is launching in California. MUCHO GUSTO, a celebration of music without borders that inspire change makers to become engaged-advocates in the communities and causes that matter most to them. The line up includes É Arenas – a founding member of Chicano Batman, and female folk music trio La Perla.

  • iHeart Radio’s Fiesta Latina, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary, will feature performances from Ricardo Montaner, Fonseca, Servando y Florentino, Olga Tañón, Luis Figueroa, GALE, Menudo and Chayanne. The concert will also be streaming on Hulu.

Winter

  • The Bésame Mucho Festival, now in its second year with more than 60 Latin artists performing at Dodger stadium. This year’s festival lineup includes Maná, Los Bukis, Gloria Trevi, Pepe Aquilar, and Alejandro Fernández. Tickets have already sold out, but you can sign up for a waiting list.

  • A marquee event of Carnaval Miami, the Calle Ocho Music Festival is the world’s largest Latin music festival in the nation. Stroll through 15 street blocks of Little Havana filled with musical stages, international food, sampling sites, folkloric dances and entertainment for all. The 2024 dates are TBD.

Spring 2024

  • The new Tamarindo Festival, powered by Adobo DMV + Broccoli City, aims to unite the cultural diasporas of Central + South America, the Caribbean, and Africa through music & dance, food & drink. The 2023 music lineup was headlined by Dominican rapper Tokischa and Panamanian singer Sech. The 2024 dates are TBD.

  • This two-day festival which started in 2022 attracts about 45,000 to 80,000 people and features 20 of the most popular reggaeton and Latin artists to Chicago’s Grant Park. In addition to music performances there are art installations, local food vendors and bars. The 2023 lineup included Groupo Firme, Nicky Jam, Beck G, Ivy Queen, and Wisin y Yandel. You must be 18 to attend.

  • The family-friendly festival showcase aspects of Latino culture, values, and traditions though music, dance and food.

Summer 2024

  • The free and family-friendly event is part of Jazz City. Featured artists for 2023 were trumpeter Tito Carrillo, Venezuelan Percussionist Marlon Simon, and Latin jazz group Raíces. No date scheduled yet for 2024.

  • Miche Fest—which celebrates Latino culture including micheladas— is in its fifth year. This is a family-friendly two-day festival where children and under are free. Several music genres are represented including bachata, reggaeton, Spanish regional, and salsa. The 2023 line up featured Prince Royce, Elvis Crespo, and Natti Natasha. No official date yet for 2024 festival.

  • Two-day festival that highlights up-and-coming talent in a wide variety of genres, as well as emerging Latin artists. The festival has been running for 11 years. The 2023 festival was held at the Glass House and featured The Red Pears, Coco & Clair Clair and Barrio Slam. No official date announced yet for 2024.

  • Fiesta Del Sol is a free four-day family friendly Latino festival featuring well known artists, and up and coming talent, performing on three stages. There are also over 100 booths showcasing some of the best tacos, tamales and tostadas in Chicago. It draws over 1.5 million people.

  • This one-day festival features live music performances, an eclectic offering of Latin cuisine including tacos and empanadas, fun family-friendly activities, authentic dance lessons and performances. The 2023 Headliners included Lusiito Gomez, DJ Mangu and Grupo Ritmo Son. The official 2024 dates have not yet been announced.

  • MXLAN is the 4-day summer art and music festival that celebrates young Latino culture. You'll experience live muralists, the breakthrough music stage, an artisan mercado, culinary festivals, competitions & more. No official date for 2024 has been announced yet.

  • Festival Playero translated to “Concert on the Beach” is the largest Latin food and music summer festival in Wildwood NJ. This is two-day event features international recording artists, and up-and-coming talent. Headliners for 2023 included Raul Acosta & Oro Solido. No official dates announced yet for 2024.

  • Chicago's popular Ruido Fest — which featured alternative Latino music — canceled its 2023 event. It’s unclear if the event will return in the future. Tickets were refunded. Ruido Fest is still putting on other music events around Chicago. No information about 2024 has been released yet.

  • A flineup of reggaeton stars will be performing at Reggaetonlandia. The 2023 line up included Mariah Angeliq, Kiko El Crazy, and Nina Sky. You must be 21 to attend. The 2024 official dates have not yet been announced.
